Arrive in Troyes in the late morning, and enjoy lunch in a bistronomic restaurant. Guided tour of the Cité du Vitrail, a large-scale scientific, cultural, educational and tourist project, a place of discovery, emotion and

The following day, guided tour of the Musée de la Résistance de l’Aube, initially created in 1967 by members of the Mussy-Grancey F.F.I. maquis, the museum recalls the occupation of the département during the Second World War and the careers of Aube Resistance fighters. Lunch in a restaurant before a visit to the Hennequière champagne cellar, followed by a tasting of 2 champagne vintages, in the heart of the Vallée de la Sarce.
