Prestations comprises

MORNING
After touring the premises, the Clos Rocher (a walled vineyard - very rare in Champagne) including its cadole and arboretum, you will have lunch on site and taste 3 vintages of Gremillet Champagne.

AFTERNOON
You will visit the Musée de Fromage (Museum of Cheese) followed by a tasting of Chaource cheese, then proceed to the Church of St John the Baptist to see the life-size Mise au Tombeau (Entombment). To finish, you will experience the fromagerie of Mussy, the department’s last artisanal cheese shop, and partake in a cheese tasting..
