Prestations comprises

Guided tour of the cider museum with tasting of farm products and videorama retracing the making of cider, discovery of orchards by a little train then meal on site.

You continue with a visit to a cheese factory to discover Chaource cheese, handcrafted (ladle molding) or the discovery of a mushroom farm with tasting of products.

You end the day with a visit to a champagne cellar in Les Riceys, the only Champagne village to have 3 AOCs (Champagne, Coteaux Champenois and Rosé des Riceys) to discover Louis XIV’s favorite wine, the Rosé des Riceys.
