Day 1
MORNING
Guided tour of Moulin de Saint-Martin brewery. Mahaut, a young creator of beers, invites you to discover her products and share her passion. Lunch of a local produce.
AFTERNOON
Visit to La Petite Biscuiterie in Maizièresla-Grande-Paroisse. Here you can sample maizièrons and other biscuits. Head to Troyes to visit «Le Cellier St-Pierre» and its distillery nestled at the foot of the cathedral, followed by a tasting of Troyes sloe gin « Prunelle de Troyes ». Dinner and night in your *** hotel.

Day 2
MORNING
Guided tour of Troyes, historic capital of Champagne. During the visit you will discover colorful timber frame houses, cobbled streets, and numerous churches hiding magnificent treasures such as stained glass windows that tell stories. Head to La Côte des Bar to have lunch matched with champagne.
AFTERNOON
After a guided tour of the « farm of the Mill » (Goat husbandry, cheese making, and saffron production) and a cheese tasting, you will end the day with a visit to a Champagne cellar and a Rosé des Riceys wine tasting. Dinner and night in your *** hotel.

Day 3
MORNING
Visit a cheese dairy and discover traditionally made (handladled) Chaource cheese and other specialitie : Délice de Mussy, Lys de Champagne-Ardenne… You will then discover a mushroom farm, its mushroom
production, and their cooked products such as mushroom fondue with Chaource cheese. Lunch at ferme d’Hotte.
AFTERNOON
In the heart of Pays d’Othe, find out everything there is to know about apples from an educational point of view via film, an exhibition, a trip in a little train and a visit to the shop. Onward in the direction of Villemaure-sur-Vanne to discover its collegiate church, known for its wood-covered steeple and even more for its rood screen made of carved wood, dating from 1521. Finally enjoy a visit to the «Domaine du Moulin d’Eguebaude» salmon farm before dinner on site. Dinner and night in your *** hotel.

Day 4
MORNING
Explore the welcoming environment of « Marché des Halles de Troyes », where you can purchase delicacies such as Pascal Caffet pastries and chocolates and local products from the Aube region, including andouillette, cheeses, and Champagne. Guided tour of the Escargotière des Lacs, a snail farm which produces around 300,000 «Big Grey» snails before a visit of the timber frame church of Longsols.

AFTERNOON
To finish off this gastronomical adventure, a visit to the Champ-sur-Barse cheese producer. Champ Sur Barse is a farm cheese shaped using a ladle. It is eaten in many forms (strained, plain, and with herbs) and the refining process allows different flavours to be developed.
