MORNING :
You will start this day with a walk in the heart of Soulaines-Dhuys, a green resort located at the bottom of a small valley which rests in the green setting of the southern Champagne region. The Laine River, which rises in a resurgence in the heart of the village, runs through its entire length and is nicknamed "the green Venise of the Aube".
Local lunch.

AFTERNOON :
Discovery of one of the seven timber-framed churches of Aube en Champagne. These churches date from the end of the 15th to the 18th century and bear witness to the perfection of half-timbered constructions. The abundance of forests made up for the scarcity of quality stone and allowed the master carpenters of Champagne to express their talent with wood and cob. Visit of the Château de Vaux, one of the most intriguing castles in the Aube region, owned by a young man who has taken on the challenge of saving it.
