Prestations comprises

Guided tour of the cider museum with tasting of farm products and videorama retracing the making of cider, discovery of orchards by a little train.
Departure for Chaource for a typical lunch with drinks at the restaurant.
You’ll continue with a visit to a cheese dairy to discover the traditional artisanal production (ladle molding) or the discovery of a mushroom farm with product tasting.
The day ends with a visit to a champagne cellar in Les Riceys, the only Champagne village to boast 3 AOCs (Champagne, Coteau champenois and Rosé des Riceys) to discover Louis XIV’s favorite wine, Rosé des Riceys.
