On your arrival in Troyes, you will have lunch in a gourmet restaurant in the heart of the medieval part of the city. The afternoon is devoted to a visit to the Château de Vaux, a chateau in full restoration. A few rooms on the ground floor and a major work-in-progress on the central part of the main building permits the appreciation of the extent of the restoration work underway and to come.
After dinner en route, you’ll arrive at your accommodation, Château de Montabert.
On day 2, we head for Les Riceys to discover the Château de Riceys-Bas, its history, its splendid park inspired by gardens and its restored 12th-century cellar. You'll have lunch before heading to Cirey-Sur-Blaise, where you'll visit the Château de Cirey, where Voltaire stayed from 1734 to 1749.
